  2. MathStar v1.40

  4.   MathStar is a math program that uses a Flash card type 
  5.   of display to help kids learn basic math facts.  MathStar 
  6.   has been designed for use in both the classroom and at home.  
  7.  
  8.   The user interface allows for easy selection of problem 
  9.   types and number ranges.  Selectable sounds, in systems 
  10.   with Windows supported sounds, provide  a means of re-
  11.   enforcement and notification.  A programmable timer can 
  12.   be enabled to time the problem sets.
  13.  
  14.   TeacherÆs can use MathStar to design tests for their class.  
  15.   The results of the practice tests for each student can be 
  16.   individually charted.  MathStar offers security for the tests 
  17.   and the studentÆs results with password protection.
  18.  
  19.   I hope that you will find MathStar a useful tool in teaching 
  20.   basic math facts.
